Joanne is a 32 year veteran of the beauty industry where she held various positions in Marketing and Fragrance Development. Joanne has translated her skills and experience to manage the Joseph Benincasa State Farm Agency's Marketing and Social Media Departments. She also coordinates corporate sponsored events, networking events and all philanthropic endeavors. Joanne is a licensed Life/Accident and Health representative as well as and the agency’s Notary Public. Her greatest pleasure comes from working to give back to the great community of Farmingdale and participating in programs across Long Island which help children flourish to reach their highest potential.

David is a strategic, results oriented Marketing & Market Research Professional with diverse skills; an expert client liaison; able to establish and strengthen relationships in order to grow revenue. He has extensive experience strategically working with both large Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize local businesses to identify opportunities, analyze the competitive environment, maximize marketing efforts and seize new avenues; all designed to increase profitability and build brand image.
